Therapy for autistic adults and children

Therapy can help you understand your difficulties and recognise your strengths. We aim to support you in a person‑centred way, so you can live a life that reflects your values and what matters to you.
As Clinical Psychologists, we use a range of psychological therapies and adapt them to your individual needs. Our approach is neuro-affirmative, which means we respect and value neurodivergent ways of thinking, communicating, and experiencing the world. We do not try to change who you are — instead, we focus on reducing stress, building confidence, and helping you live in a way that feels right for you
One of the therapies that we offer is Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) to support people who have experienced trauma, difficult life events, or sensory overload.
Please get in touch if you would like to explore these options with an experienced Clinical Psychologist and take the next step toward improving your wellbeing.

Does your child need help managing worries?
Our Assistant Psychologist offers sessions for children, which look at how to cope with worries, and strategies for positive wellbeing.
These can be held at our therapy space in Oldham, or at your child’s school.
